Side A, "Watashi Jishin" (Myself), is a cover song selected from Ayumi Ishida & Tin Pan Alley Family's masterpiece album "Our Connection," released in 1977.

While keeping the original song's spoken parts intact, this version adds a Latin-funk flavor to the song's sophisticated, urban city-pop vibe, resulting in a slightly more heated finish. (The "Bye Bye Jet" cover by MURO feat. Keyco from "Our Connection" is also fresh in memory.)

Side B, "I am," is a cover of a well-known song from the 2003 album "Surrender to Love" by the neo-soul duo Kindred the Family Soul.

This version features a band ensemble with a soft soundscape. The piano by SWING-O (45trio), who also played keyboards on the previous work, and Kosuga Tsuyoshi's mellow guitar that fills the gaps are both excellent. However, the recording is most captivating due to the gentle and beautiful harmony created by Keyco and Mika Arisaka, who have been sisters for many years, as they sing the lead vocals together.
